As a dietitian with over 8 years of experience, Jeanette knows the importance of healthy eating. She also knows how tricky it it can be to maintain with a busy schedule. She believes accurate information and understanding your body are key to sustainable health patterns. Her goal is to empower each person to make simple changes that have big impacts on their health.

She has help children and adults through programs and companies such as Easterseals of New Hampshire, Atck Fitness, The Zoo Health Center, Merchants Auto, Girl Scouts, BlueBird Storage, Roxbury Latin, Nutrition In Motion, Morphic Lab.

Outside of work, Jeanette likes to do crafts, read library books, take kickboxing classes and spend time with her family.
